1. Ticket Purchase: By purchasing a ticket to ACGN EXPO 2025, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Refunds and Cancellations:
- All ticket sales are final after May 2, 2025 at 11:59PM. No refunds will be issued except in the case of event cancellation.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to ACGN EXPO at [email protected] prior to May 2, 2025 at 11:59PM.
- In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified by email and refunds will be processed within 6 weeks of the cancellation announcement.
- ACGN EXPOSITION INC. reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics or other situations beyond our control.

3. Lost or stolen tickets:
- ACGN EXPOSITION INC. is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
- Duplicate tickets will not be issued under any circumstances.

4. Event Admission:
- All attendees must present a valid ticket to enter ACGN EXPO 2025.
- Tickets must be presented in either printed or electronic form (e.g. mobile ticket).
- Attendees may be required to present valid identification matching the name on the ticket upon entry.

5. Event Modifications:
- ACGN EXPOSITION INC. reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, program, lineup, venue, or any other aspect of the event without prior notice.
- Such changes will not entitle ticket holders to a refund or compensation.

6. Code of Conduct:
- All attendees are expected to abide by the event's Code of Conduct, which prohibits harassment, discrimination and disruptive behavior.
- ACGN EXPOSITION INC. reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any individual who violates the Code of Conduct without refund.

7. Liability:
- Participants attend ACGN EXPO 2025 at their own risk.
- ACGN EXPOSITION INC. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage or other loss incurred during the event.

8. Photography and Recording:
- By attending ACGN EXPO 2025, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded for promotional purposes.
- Photography and recording of the event by attendees must comply with ACGN EXPO 2025 policies and must not violate the privacy or rights of others.
